SHIPPING & RETURNS

Deliveries within United Kingdom

All UK are delivered via Royal Mail.

Orders will be picked and dispatched same day if received before 2pm. (excluding orders place at weekends in which case the order will be dispatched on Monday). You will receive a tracking number via email when your package has been dispatched.

UK delivery charges are £3.95 for standard service and £8 for Next Day Delivery (11am cut off).

Free UK delivery on orders over £50.00.

International Deliveries

Ember and Eden shop worldwide.

Charges for International Tracked service is:

EUROPE

£10 for Royal Mail International tracked service which aims to deliver within 3-7 working days.

REST OF THE WORLD

£18 for tracked service with UPS or DHL which aims to deliver within 2-3 working days.

CUSTOMS UPDATE: Please note that you may be charged for local import duties and/or customs charges on the arrival of your order. These rules apply to both EU and non-EU deliveries, and it is completely beyond our control.

Returns

We really hope you are pleased with your Ember and Eden candle. However, if you change your mind, are unhappy with anything or wish to return or exchange please contact us within 14 days of delivery at office@emberandeden.co.uk. Please add your order number and reason for return/exchange and we will be in touch with next steps.

Customers are responsible for the cost of the delivery of the return and we don’t accept responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels that do not reach us.

Refunds will be processed once the product has been returned to us in its original, complete condition. If the product has been damaged or is not in its original packaging and in a resalable condition, we will not be refund.
